A little about me.

I’m a therapist who believes that healing is rarely one-dimensional—our experiences, environments, and relationships all shape who we are. With a background in Social Work and a strong foundation in Psychology and Sociology, I approach therapy through a multifaceted lens, honoring the many layers that make up your story.

I’m an EMDR-certified therapist, which means I’ve committed to advanced training, ongoing education, and adherence to EMDRIA’s high standards for trauma-informed care. EMDR is a powerful tool I use to help clients process and move through past pain so they can step into present peace. Find out more about EMDR here.

I grew up in small-town Texas and have since lived all over the state, which has given me a deep appreciation for the diversity and resilience of the people I work with. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences—this is a space where you are seen, valued, and respected just as you are.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique story.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a big fan of reading, cooking, live music, and connecting with friends. I’ll never turn down a good brunch, but I especially love intimate gatherings where deep, meaningful conversations take center stage (to no one’s surprise).

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you're returning to it, I’m here to offer a supportive and inclusive space where you can explore, heal, and grow.

WE MAY NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WORLD THAT CREATED OUR MINDS, BUT WE CAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE MIND WITH WHICH WE CREATE OUR WORLD.
