I know reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and my hope is that you’ll feel supported the moment you land here. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and family-of-origin wounds, and I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen, safe, and understood.
In our work together, you’ll find a compassionate space to untangle the weight of the past and build a more grounded present. My approach is trauma-informed and personalized, drawing on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and other evidence-based tools to help you process what’s been holding you back. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it, I’ll meet you with curiosity, respect, and care.

Individual counseling – 60 or 90-minute sessions
EMDR Intensives: Extended sessions designed for clients who want to focus intensively on trauma healing in a shorter timeframe.
